I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for fifteen years. I also, additionally added the home service feature a few years ago. My yard sign broke in half this winter when I attempted to push it further into the snow. After breaking it, I attempted to order a new sign. I stopped by a store and was informed that I needed to PURCHASE the sign.
This is extraordinarily dumfounding! Why would a customer be made to purchase what is essentially an advertisement for your brand?!
I'm sorry for your troubles. The first yard sign may have been complementary and any after there is a charge associated. There is a cost to manufacture them, that's the reason for the price tag of the yard sign and window decal. I will provide a link below if you are still interested in purchasing another one.
