I bought a 30 day pass and it has been working perfectly for 9 days until it suddenly stopped and it keeps taking to me to the 'sign in' page saying "You already have a active pass"

You will need to contact the Xfinity Wifi Access team at 866 489-0919, they will be able to assist you further with any access pass issues.
