I have two prepaid cards shown in xfinity reward center. One was shipped on 09/18/2019, the other was shipped on 12/16/2019. I never received any of them but now both showing as "returned items". The phone number from the reward center 1-800-526-3268 never went through, is there any solution on this? Thanks.
I just checked mines today and have the same issue.. came to search the web for solutions or if anyone has the answer to the same problem as mine... so far none.. just waiting on the line to get thru to that phone number right now... will be pretty disappointed if i dont get an answer
