I have been with Xfinity for nearly 2 years.
My initial contract was 2 years for $69.99. I added two more TVs at the beginning and noticed after on year my bill started to steadily increase over time. I am now looking to keep my current offer but for the previous 3 times I have talked to representatives with no real help. They continuously try to add more to my current package, which would lead to an even bigger increase from my original price.
I would like to know what Xfinity can do to help.
