Xfinity Pre Paid Self Install

Hey,
I paid for the xfinity pre paid started kit and have yet to receive a confirmation number or have yet to receive the kit. It's been almost 6 days and have heard anything. No tracking number either, I wouldn't think xfinity would take this long. What should I do next?
