Xfinity Marketing E-mails Unsubscribe STILL Broken
So the account e-mails settings pages has been broken for months and months, and I'm still getting marketing spam from Xfinity after three contacts with customer service. Comcast has made it impossible to stop getting spam from them, and has taken no effective action to help me. I need a customer service associate to unsubscribe me from all Xfinity messages permanantly, and Comcast really needs to fix their settings page.
Google shows me this is not a new or unknown issue to Comcast. Fix it!
