Customer service is terrible, I just wasted hours of my off time trying to resolve a situation and no one fixed it. I was constantly transferred to multiple representatives and nothing was resolved. My internet service dropped 3 times a day for a month straight and even with numerous calls still no fix. The sad part is that its like this every time I have a problem, customer service just never seem to know what they are doing. I wish we had another provider in the area. If you do then please try a different internet provider.
