Xfinity Chat- not even a real person

Seriously Xfinity, its bad enough that when we get your customer service on the phone we cant understand them but now using the chat feature it isnt a real person? I tried a chat, asked my question all for a "bot" to tell me it didn't understand what I was asking. Beyond frustrating. No wonder you get called out all the time on poor customer service.

It might be a BOT or someone reading a script.
