Why can't I key my question into the chat box? The virtual assistant comes on, but there's no place to key in your question. Scrolling doesn't do it; clicking the DOWN arrow only takes you out of it.

There is a very faint entry box at the bottom of the "Xfinity Assistant" window. The "arrowhead" (?) at the right of that space is the Send icon.
