I called Xfinity on 7/10/18 to get my internet speed increased. Last night I received text from 266-278 Xfinity Assist saying to get start just tap the link and then another saying my equipment order was processing - I have an older phone so I couldn't tap. I just seen under the forum that other people have had the same problem.
