I received the same message, clicked on that link and then suddenly my phone said "No SIM" and I couldn't use it anymore until I removed the SIM card and put it back in again. I have no idea whether I was scammed or had personal information stolen. Very troubling that what seems like a scam, or at the very least a link that disables your phone, seems to be coming from Comcast's official text notification number.
