My Xfinity account was created online without my knowledge.
I was on the phone for 50 mins waiting to speak to anyone from Customer Security Assurance to have this bogus account straightened out.
I had called 800-934-6489, and was also chatting on line but CSA has to resolve the issues.
50 mins waiting, is this normal with CSA, Xfinity?
This is disturbing, how can this be possible?
I did not create a new account online.
I need to see my account, please.
