I activated 4 lines with Xfinity Mobile in November, and spoke to a rep who told me I could check the status of my offer online. I tried that day, and it did not show the offer. The rep told me via chat that the offer would not be visible for a few days. I just remembered to check today, and the offer is still not visible 60 days later. I went to https://xfinityrewardcenter.com/ and searched by both my account number and my address. Can someone here help me?
