3 weeks of being an Xfinity customer. Have made 3 phone calls, 3 chat sessions, 2 store visits and 2 service tech visits. I still can not get good internet in my upstairs bedroom. Service guy today immediately said I need pods. I have been trying to get them since day 2 of Xfinity, as I agree, this is the answer. I live in Chicagoland and have the correct router (I'm told?!) One person tells me to go to store, they don't have them, another tells me to go online but when trying, it says it can't complete my order. Hoping you can help, as we are in our 30 day window of cancellation and will not keep the service with no internet in our bedroom.
