Xfi Pods

On May 19, I entered an online order for 3 Pods.  I did not receive an email confirmation but my account was charged.  I didn't think anything about it bu still waiting to receive my pods.  I spoke to a rep yesterday and they directed me to an on line web site(Xfinity/XfiPods) but not able to connect using this location.  I am trying to get shipping order status and need help.
