I added the Sports Entertainment Package to my service on February 7 and am now getting the XRE-03121 error on WE, WGN, several Showtime, HBO, and Starz channels. Have done all the troubleshooting (refresh, reboot, contacted First level support) but still getting the error. Can you escalated the support for me?
I am still getting the XRE-03121 Error on quite a few live channels included WGN, WE, Starz, etc. I can stream the channels just fime, but I get the channel when I try to watch live. Can anyone help?
