Today we placed a special order for xr15 voice remotes I want to make sure the special order is correct
because I ordered the remotes once before and they sent me 3 XR11's by accident which I need to return
Could a Comcast form employee check the order for me, please?
and explain how I return the old ones? I didn't open the boxes?
