XFi

I've called and signed up for XFi twice now (the first time they said it was an account issue and I should see the account changes soon). I have the XFi modem that gets sent out when you sign up, I have unlimitted data, but my speeds don't match what I should be getting and I can't sign in to any of the XFi services. I would very much appreciate getting to the bottom of this ASAP.
