XFi pods/ongoing internet issues

We’ve been having bad connectivity issues with our WiFi for several months, and despite multiple calls/chats and two technicians coming out, they can’t seem to resolve issue. The last technician said we needed to get the XFi pods. After speaking to agent, they told me we were eligible for free pods because of the type of modem we have and the ongoing issues. The agent told me to go to store to get the free pods, but when I spoke to the agent at the store, he said I had to get them from customer service. I then spent over 2 hrs chatting with another agent and supervisor who could not help me either. So frustrating! Can someone please help me?
