XFI Pods not sent

Good afternoon,

 

We upgraded to Xfinity home advantage. We did our 14 day assessment and it showed we would benefit from Xfi pods. These were promised when we upgraded to Advantage for free. We filled out the order form, and it says the Xfi pods are on the way. This was 1 month ago, and I havent received the pods, an email or anything yet.

 

How can we make sure they are being sent, or if they have already been sent?
