XB7 Modem


Comcast customer service has tried 4 times now to get me an XB7 but unsuccessful in doing so. Each time it was an XB6 that was delivered.

When speaking with customer service they seem to be under the impression that these should be readily available and unsure why I keep receiving an XB6.

Is there a way I can get the XB7? I’m paying for xFi Advantage if that makes any difference.

Hi, Sorry you keep getting an XB6 Gateway and at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not going out and doing any upgrades. After we lift our restrictions then we can get you the XB7 Gateway.
