I was told by sales that if I upgraded nothing would change and I asked that question 4 times. He lied to my face with a smile each time. I have been with comcast since 1991 and am ready to get every piece of equipment out of my house right now.
I cannot get the ID channel, cannot go back to the package I was on and on top of all this, my tv's freeze off and on all day.
Of course no service available until Wednesday maybe Tuesday if I am lucky.
If this is the new comcast count me out. I am looking into other providors now since comcast does not value their current loyal customers
