X Fi Advantage? Not for ll customers

Why is it that when you already pay $300 per month for services you are still asked to pay more to get the latest modem technology? Shouldn't this be basic customer care?

I would have asked customer care but a supervisor chose not to get on the phone with a 20 year customer.....BYE BYE!!!!
