Somewhere within the Comcast system my city is incorrect on some old variation of my account record. 5+ calls to customer service no one seems to know how to change it. I can't see it in any of my accounts and all of my billing statements are correct, but when I signed up for XF Mobile, the incorrect city was sent to them as part of my profile. I've asked this to be escalated and had a tier 2 ticket created with no results. A supervisor in the call center advised me to go back to a service center and have retail 360 change it?
