Wrong Replacement Cable Box!

Like others have mentioned before, I requested a replacement x1 cable box and instead received the dreaded RNG200N. I tried to use xfinity assistant but this person refused to acknowledge I had the wrong box and when we finally got to the point where I’m thinking I may get the RIGHT replacement, she never replies and I’m unable to connect back to her. Comcast, please help a long time customer!!!
