Worst experience EVER!

I had to cancel my service BEFORE I even got it. Was lied to about a return installation visit yesterday. I waited until 7pm & no called or showed up! Then I scheduled a call back this morning & was told NO one could do anything. And now I have to wait a week to get my money back they took in SECONDS!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Xfinity is quick to take money & zero motivation to take care of their customers!!
