Won’t help!

We have spent over four hours on the phone with Comcast “customer service” with no solution. Our unanswered called are being forwarded to a person 3,000 miles away. We are told that it was a call forwarding issue and it has been resolved, which it hasn’t. The person who we received our call do not know us and gets call after call that should go to us. It is well known thatComcast has the very worst CS in the world and that it true!👎
