My neighbor was trimming a tree with his free time during the pandemic and ended up dropping a branch on the wire connecting Comcast service to my house. I can't get anyone on the phone even after a 2 hour wait on hold, multiple callback attempts and contact via social media.
Are technicians working, and if so, is there a timeline as to when I can get a callback or response regarding a fix?
