Why should I pay when service doesn't work at least HALF the time???

Up & down up & down or just down for hours for months. 

 

No you don't need a technician, we are doing major upgrades on your building.

 

No we won't give you a credit.  Probably because I have internet essentials and am not worth the trouble.

 

Come to find out the cable inside the wall (Comcast responsibility) is bad.  But no time frame for when it will be fixed because of Covid 19.  I suspect as the south facing wall heats up the cable signal fails due to the bad cable.  The wall heats up as early as 11 am and doesn't cool off until late evening or even midnight.

 

So why should I keep paying?
