I want to investigate prices for getting more channels/internet speed tiers, etc. and I cannot find that information anywhere. All I get is a screen telling me to call a phone number where I'm sure I'll just get a hard sell, even when I'm not signed in. I want to look at things and take my time.

i have had the same problem trying to upgrade my service. i have tried chat with no luck and posted on here 3 times with no answer. i personally give up, if comcast doesn't want my money why give it to them. i dont think its a secret anymore that they have hands down the worst customer support of any company in the united states.
