Why does service go out every time there's a storm?
We had a storm today in Naples, FL. And my Comcast service went out (TV, phone and internet). Now have to wait until tomorrow morning for a service tech to visit. The same thing happened 5 days ago. A service tech came outthe next day but I was still without service for an entire afternoon, evening and most of the following morning. We live in S. Florida where there is a storm just about every day during the summer. Why hasn't Comcast managed to protect their equipment from completely predictable weather? A service that goes out whenever it rains isn't very useful or very valuable. I need a reliable service...even when it rains.
