Why does Comcast have to LIE to their customers?

I renewed my Comcast service for 2 years. The Platinum service. They told me everything would be the same as before, all the premium channels, HBO Stars, Cinimax ect. They gave me faster internet, did not need it, and a phone line i never use to get the best package. Well i don't sit around watching TV all the time. So I started watching. My Cinimax was GONE, asked me to subscribe. I called and they said it was replaced with HITZ, old movies. I told them i was told my contract would not change, but they just apologized.  Now i was looking to watch a STARZ movie. It said I had to subscribe. Now I'm upset. I wish I had recorded my renewal conversation. I left DIRECT TV 8 years ago because they lied. I can't Take LAIRS!  

You know if you come clean with your customers and tell them their cost have gone up, I can take that. Offer a TITANIUM package with everything again. Charge me more! BUT don't lie to me!!!
