Why do most Comcast Drivers Text and Drive your company vehicles?

It seems like every single time I see a Comcast truck on the road, the driver has a phone in his hand texting away with his face buried right in it.    Don't your drivers know that texting and driving is against the law, unethical and down right selfish?   Date and time stamp on photo is 100% accurate.  Incident occured at the interesection of FL Hwy 44 west bound turning left onto US Hwy 27 south bound in Leesburg, FL.     When you're driver saw the GoPro Helmet cam I was wearing, he almost wrecked your truck trying to get the phone out of his hand.  So appearantly he know's he shouldn't be doing it, yet here is proof he does.   And judging from his thumb dexterity, he's a frequent texter.   There was no 800 number on the back of the truck to report this.   But the truck number is visible on the photo.
