Why can't I get the same deal as new customers?

My bill just went up a slight bit. I couldn't really care less about the standard def channels. Nice extra and all, especially with the Roku app. But I see they are offering new customers 400 internet service for internet for around 100. And bundles with 75 internet service, phone, and tv for around what I pay. I am on 25 service with standard def channels. I am exploring options with other providers but would prefer not to leave. Why not just offer us the same deal or close to it without a contract?
