Why are posts that have definitive evidence that Comcast is having trouble being locked/moved/delete

This is incredibly unprofessional.  It is also insulting to the people that are already having trouble and/or using thier own resources to troubleshoot your service for free.

If you're having an issue, please start a new thread describing the problem, leaving out any personal identifying information.
