My service was off for almost 30 days in August. I paid my past due and8 restored services by August 27th, but I am still being billed for the entire month. I spoke with two customer service agents that could not seem to comprehend what I was saying. I have a bill for $294, and my service was shut off today for past due,0+ but I don't see why I should pay for the month I didn't have! Oh and my equipment was picked up during that month as well, so it's not rental charges. Anyone else have this issue? How can I talk to someone that can look at my previous bills and understand what I'm saying?
