Just got off the phone with customer service. My 2nd year of a 2 year promo is ending and I want to check out all of my options but nowhere to see the actual speed and cost of internet only. Customer service informed me that my monthly plan and cost would remain the same but I’m not sure that is true. And I was only given one price point for internet. There must be more options so still want to see the internet only options! Why can’t I do that?? Thank you!
