Where to go first? moving/lower bill?/change equipment

Long time customer who is no longer under contract. Moving. One more TV in the new place, so could add equipment. Since moving, will be shopping around, especially for lower costs.
Need to touch on a number of topics and departments. Sales/Retention/Moving/Upgrade.

I'd love to find someone authorized and sensible enough to help me with everything in an efficient manner, but would settle for finding out which dept or area to call first.
