Where is the iPad I ordered for a birthday? It's been days and when I call Xfinity I am told something that makes no sense "it's been sent to the shipper but hasn't shipped and when it's shipped you'll get a tracking number."
All shipping is electronic and FedEx isn't going to have an iPad with no tracking number.
Xfinity is giving me the runaround. Nothing has happenned in over a week!
Please tell me where my iPad is? Customer Service offers no help.
