Once again, I experienced how inept and untrained Xfinity employees are. Both in the stores and Customer Support. I had a simple change turn into a distaster. Downgrading my service - when it should have been upgraded. And if you happen to have Home Service - you are in deep trouble. Due to they are the gate keepers, which other areas can not see, Reminds me of the Great Wizard of Oz - until Toto pulls back the Curtain.
