Where do I report Xfinity infrastructure / junction box mess?
I have a teleco box in my backyard used by Xfinity to distribute services to my house and houses of my neigbours. A while ago, Xfinity technician(s) swapped some cables between that box and a few houses. This was done incorrectly - new cables are not burried, some of them loop above the ground - tipping over is metter of time. Even grass mowing is an issue - I can easly cut those cables.
Where do I report this to get it corrected? I tried on xfinity toll free line, but despite incredible long time, they can't help me.
