When will someone care about the product you offer?
I'm forced into your product based on where I live. If ATT were an option, I would have left a year ago.
#1 - the need to re-verify all my information after giving it to the automated system is redundant. I spend 2+ minutes working through the system to get to a live person only to provide everything again.
#2 - I experienced a problem with the service beginning last July (2017). The problem continued for months until it was finally resolved. Here we go again. Internet (and TV/Phone) are all interupted each afternoon. Outages exist for varying duration. I work from home and don't have the time to manage this.
Hoping for the day someone cares enough to fix something. Until then, I'll diligently pay my bill for the stockholders benefit.
