I am having trouble with TV pictures pixelating (only two sets) and internet web pages failing to load, even Xfinity email; I am not able to reply to most of my emails the first time. Customer Service is so horrible I am trying to diagnose these problems through the more knowledgable community. The only reason I have been a customer for twenty-five years is because of my local government has restricted our small county to only one cable company.
