What does it take to get issues resolved - Lawsuit?
I've been waiting for returned phone calls and techs to show up and resolve my repeated connection issues since March 2020. Over 20 phone calls and repeated online request... still no resolution. Today alone I've had over 40 disconnects for both WiFi and Direct Connect Connections. Someone needs to call me before I take this to the next legal level and to the Tennessee Attorney Generals office as well as the Regulation Board of Tennessee.
