I was fed up with calling reps and whatnot so I was using the chat with a rep.
Out of curiosity I'd like to know if it's your standard protocol to have your SSN written in the format of ### ### ### with spaces every 3 numbers. When I typed it in as a single text string it masked my information and the rep told me to rewrite it in that format. When I did, the numbers straight up showed without masking and it sketched me out.
Also, phone reps are ridiculous. They couldn't help me so they just kept putting me back in the queue to talk to a new rep and explain the problem again only to be put back into a queue.
I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
