I had Installed comcast internet in my apartment about a week ago. I've set up my account beefore the installation of the modem even happened. When I attempt to access my account on my phone I receive the message
We Couldn't sign you into My Account.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time.
At first I thought the problem was that I signed up way too early but its a little over a week since the installation and I still cant access my account.
