We couldn't sign you into My Account

I had Installed comcast internet in my apartment about a week ago. I've set up my account beefore the installation of the modem even happened. When I attempt to access my account on my phone I receive the message


We Couldn't sign you into My Account.


Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time.


At first I thought the problem was that I signed up way too early but its a little over a week since the installation and I still cant access my account.

Hi, torndrk1 - Please send me your full name, account holder's name, phone number, username/email address and I will check what causes an issue with My Account. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Private Message Me.
