I'm wanting to get home internet service with equipment. The devices that i'm using will not connect with to the hotspot. Why is it so hard to get a customer service rep on the phone. You've made it quite convenient to purchase hotspot access. Well I want to purchase home service so that I can utilize my devices (chromecast). When I call customer service all I seem to get is the frustating telecomputer. Can I please have a direct number or access to speaking with an actual customer service rep and not the computer. This is frustrating because the only service allowed to do business with the apartment complex where I live is Xfinity.
