Want to Cancel TV / Upgrade Internet

I'm a little frustrated as I've been a customer now for well over 10 years and right now I am as close as ever to switching to ATT Fiber internet.  Besides the times when the internet gets congested in my neighborhood and I get a slow down.  I called in yesterday to inquire about cancelling my tv package, since I mainly stream now, and upgrade my internet to Extreme Pro or Gigabit speeds.  The person I spoke to was very non-chalant, wasn't willing to give me any deals or promos and basically sounded like she was ok with losing me as a customer.  She bascially offered me Blast internet for $70 a month and Extreme which is only 250 speed at $90 a month.  I can go to ATT Fiber and get Gigabit for $70 for a year and then $100 /yr after that.  What incentive do I truly have to be loyal to comcast at this point when new customers get Gigabit speed for $70 a month for 2 years?
