Want account reactivated after full payment of past dues.

About a year ago I moved to a new city and the house where the room I rented didn't have internet so I got it hooked up. Things didn't work out and I neglected the bill until recently. I payed off what they say I owe in full. Comcast is the only company to provide internet in my area so I need to figure something out. Am I able to get internet set up again with that account? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, MopyMop. Great question! We can help. About how long ago did the situation take place with your old account? The reason why I ask is because it does impact how we'll go through the credit screening process. For example, a new customer is someone who has not had service in the last 90 days and/or has less than six months of history as a Comcast customer.
