I signed up for Xfinity Internet, and am supplying my own modem. The communications said that due to Covid-19, technicians will not be able to acces in-home items, but they will attend to all needs outside. I do not have a coaxial line coming into my house, so I have nothing to plug my modem into. I am getting charged for service that I cannot access. All my calls to customer service get dropped while "pulling up my account", I've been waiting for hours for connection to an agent on Facebook...How can I get this installed?
