Waiting for a specialist to fix a problem.

I've been trying ,since Jan 24, to get a tech to come out and and fix a storm related problem with the box on the side of my house and again I was blown off, they were supposed to be here yesterday and they were a no show.
I'm tired of getting told that some one is coming and no one does.
😡😡

UPDATE : I just tweeted @ComcastCares with the pics I have and I haven't been answered as of yet.
